Acumatica announced two new programs to help customers be more productive and better leverage their Acumatica Cloud ERP investment. The programs include Free and Fee Based offerings that are designed to give customers access to knowledge base and learning tools as well as connect them with other Acumatica customers.

Acumatica Customer Portal

The new Customer Portal is a hub for connecting to the latest support and education content as well as a gateway to connect with the vast Acumatica community of customers. Registration, self-service and community driven support is available at no charge.

The Acumatica Customer Portal is available at https://portals.acumatica.com. The primary contact for each customer will receive an email with unique sign-on credentials. Once they have registered using these credentials they will be able to add other members of your organization to the portal.

The Acumatica Premier Customer Support program is a fee based service designed to enhance the support you already receive from your Acumatica Partner. In addition to the self-help services you receive on the new Acumatica Customer Portal, the Acumatica Premier Customer Support program provides the following benefits:
